Kingdom of The Planet of The Apes (4K Ultra HD) [2024]

This reboot again is what this franchise need it. The story takes a couple of generations in the future from Ceasar the ape. Is a story of courage, surviving and the power of believe on yourself. The visuals in this one are amanzing. Love the packaging of the steelbook the movie itself on 4K looks wonderful.

It's a great stand alone movie, but it also builds on what has come before for fans returning to the series. The steelbook looks beautiful and includes one of the best special features I've ever seen on the Blu-ray disc, a side-by-side comparison of the finished movie against the pre-special effects shots and also has a commentary which enhances the side-by-side comparison. Movie looks amazing in 4k!

Great addition to the ongoing Apes saga. The disc arrived on time in perfect condition. Very happy all the way around.

My original item came damaged and the return was made quick and easy and was able to get a item that wasn't damaged.

Movie was an exceptional addition to the franchise and I have to say the shipping on these steelbook from walmart is much better then bestbuy

I'm so glad Walmart decided to take over on the steel book fever, I love physical media and I hope they keep releasing it. This one in particular is amazing, the quality and the movie itself.

it came not well protected, and loose disc. return was easy... another was shipped out well protected (bubble wrap and in placed inside a box). Good thing because the box was smashed, but no damages to the steelbook. The steelbook is very nice. I like the art work and colors used. The movie is entertaining just like the previous in the series. Personally, I'm wishing for a 4K release of the original films.

This is a very nice steelbook. Nice choice of art .However a warning for Blu Ray users. This set does not include the theatrical version of the movie on Blu Ray The Blu Ray disk is only the rough cut of the movie. You will still need to buy the standalone BD release if you want the movie on that format. Disney really should of made this steelbook a three disk set. 4K disk with the theatrical cut, BD with theatrical cut and BD bonus disk with rough cut.

This is the sequel of a very enjoyable trilogy that apparently without spoiling anything seems to be setting up another trilogy. These planet of the apes are very well done, acted and written. The 4K presentation is great and it is a very nice deal book. Well worth the price highly recommended.

The steelbook itself is pretty cool. The only problem i had with the whole experience was the delivery! Walmart hasnt figured out how to ship steelbooks yet, they just ship it in a thin cardboard type envelope. And guy who delivered it literally threw it at my door so it got damaged! Not thrilled about that. Its a bummer because my other steelbook preorder somehow was delivered very nicely to my mailbox.
