I was only able to get one use out of it before it stopped working! It stopped working before I could even finish the job. 2 of the plastic attachments disintegrated after the first 5 minutes of use. The larger metal blade unscrewed itself and came apart so I couldn't use that attachment either. Overall this was a BAD investment!
It is working well. I use this for maintaining the edges of my yard, around flower beds, and areas where my larger mower cannot easily reach. I used this tool for several sessions and every time it worked flawlessly. There are imited instructions to assemble but once you figured out then its easy to assemble. It comes with various accessories including assortment of blades, two batteries, safety goggles and gloves etc. I can complete most of my yard work without worrying about running out of power. The battery charging time is around five hours, so planning ahead is helpful if you have extensive work to do.
This is so easy to put together and use. Folds for easy storage. I love the wheels. They make it so easy to maneuver. Comes with 2 batteries, goggles, gloves etc. Has different blades for different jobs and is powerful enough for any job. I've used it for short and taller trimming and it has worked perfectly for both.
Compared to my two cycle gas weed eater, this thing is tiny and light, but surprisingly has a ton of torque and some amazing attachments. Between the plastic blades and the metal blades, I should be able to easily tackle any task, but the saw blades are there if you run into anything too extreme for the other attachments. It has a decent amount of adjustments, particularly with the head angle, which is really nice.
Very disappointed in the performance of this device. The adage you get what you pay for, applies. The power of the motor does mot stand up to the jobs required of this trimmer. It stops at every obstacle, long grass, vines, etc. can not recommend. Plenty of tools provided. But if one can not use the tools, you really can't use them.
It's a good little weed eater. Comes with plenty of blades, wheels, and safety glasses. Has two batteries and the charger. No instructions but a little common sense and looking at it will set you up. Between arthritis and bad shoulder I'm no longer willing to jerk on cords to get one started. Haven't used it much since it's winter, but did use it on some briars and sneaky vines. Worked well, light weight, easy to move around and the wheels came in handy. Love the battery power. Nice to just push a button in and go. Battery lasts well. Just remember this is a light weight machine, it's not made to try and clear land that's never been cleared, it also doesn't cost hundreds of dollars. Well satisfied with it and the price I paid.
how well it cuts through Texas weeds with no problem! however if you push on it too hard it bogs down an if kinda wack at it (and I'm talking about tough as a boot weeds)like chopping at it it will cut through it like butter! it's definitely worth the money!!!!!
Little instructions on assembly. main cap beginning assembly weak and bolt doesn't hold, falls out because it has no place for a nut to hold it securely. i dont think its going to hold up long.
I have a couple of string weed trimmers I often felt frustrated with, because the string broke very quickly and very often. So, this blade weed trimmer proves to be a much better replacement. The package came with various kinds of blades for cutting weeds and small branches. It also worked well for trimming hedges. It came with 2 batteries which is handy when working in large areas. Though there was no user manual, it’s fairly easy to install and replace blades. It’s a surprise that it’s so lightweight and I could use it to reach high branches. This is a very good tool for my lawn and garden maintenance.
I purchased this brush cutter for a small to mid-sized yard, especially for handling curbside weeds, and it works really well. It’s lightweight, the noise level is acceptable, and the package includes multiple blades for different purposes. I also like the wheels—they make the work much easier.
