This was gifted to a friend... And she was Verrry Excited about the knee brace. The size stood out. Enabling more coverage for knee size I am impressed that it can tell you the temp etc, without you wonderin the temp. Well worth the price offered 👌

I charged the heated knee massager. Read the booklet. I put them on and turned them on. WOW! It was wonderful!.Just relax and enjoy warm massage. They turn off when time is up. You can walk aroud, not tied down. I absolutely love these heated knee massagers.

Don't fit properly, only received on extension strap per massager. Just not the quality I expected.

Waste of money
1st problem it's not made for someone with big legs secondly there's no way to shut off the heat and it will only run for 20 mins and shut down. You have to wait 5 mins before you can turn it back on. None of these things were mention in the description of this product.

Item did not fit correctly around knees. Extension straps could not attach properly in order to hold up item on knees. RETURNED FOR REFUND.
