Using following knee replacement surgery. Applying for 20 min every hour and pop back in the freezer. Easy to use (stopped using a unit I rented for $375). Keeping the pain and swelling at bay. Soft and comfortable without frostbite.

These ice packs are extremely pretty for me. I love purple. They are very soft on one side and easily to use. The directions on the plastic bag that comes with it says to put it in the bag before you freeze it. To do that you would have to roll it back up to fit in the bag. Don't do that or you'll have a hard wrapped up ice pack that you can't use. I layed mine flat out and put them (I bought 2), in the freezer on the bottom shelf. One on top of the other. They froze great and was pretty much easy to wrap around my knees. I really am happy with them.

I have been putting off a much-needed knee surgery until summertime, and this ice pack has been a life saver. As you know most ice packs cannot bend/mold to your knee. This one literally wraps around and secures to your knee. It also has a soft layer around the whole pack itself, which helps with the contact to your skin. It is also large enough when laid out flat that you can use it for other parts of the body as well. Great purchase, no regrets.

I am sure it will work perfectly.I have not needed it yet.Because my knee is not giving me problems.However, it is beautiful ,purple fits right in the freezer will fit my leg.Great thank you so much

I bought the several months ago for my upcoming total knee replacement and I haven't had that done yet because I had issues with my hemoglobin but I'm back on track and looking forward to use that and sometimes I use it before surgery so it's good it's a little heavy but it's good

It's a great product for knee pain but if you're a smaller woman (I'm 5'0”) .. it is quite large so just a warning. I have a meniscus tear so I got lucky that it still works for me but I don't know how well it would suit tiny people for other injuries

Sturdy, well-made gel freeze pack. Quite heavy in the size XXL. Straps are really well done for bigger people's needs. The Size XXL unit surrounds entire knee, especially in the back of knee where critical blood /lymph supply is, and where edema must be removed through that blood supply area. Gel packs aren't ever as cold as real ice from water which penetrates deep. I can't wait to get this super hardy well-made model, in real ice water packs that guarantee a change out of all blood and lymph.

I have been using the product for a couple weeks now and it has developed four different areas where pinholes have developed and they have begun leaking. Don't know if too late to make a return or replace with new product? I still need to ice my knee and am disappointed this has started to leak so soon!

Well, I find out it is not good for knee surgeries! Or probably any surgery where flesh is tender. The material is too firm or your contents in it. Adds more discomfort than comfort. THE BEST PLACE FOR THIS TO BE USED IS IN SPORTS… WITHOUT OPENED WOUNDS!!!

Not nearly enough cooking gel, gets warm very quickly, far too quickly to be an effective ice pack by itself. But it's wonderfully made. I use it to hold truly cold ice packs in place.
