This ladder is very sturdy and stable. Feels very safe when I go up to the top step, which I needed because I have very high ceilings in my house. Was very easy to assemble. Well made. Love the grab bars on the sides.
Found out that with age comes issues with balancing. The usual ladder has less foot area and you are constantly off balance. With one having more foot placement area you feel more secure when on it and allows you to reach things without being off balance and feeling so unstable. Wish had found early and would have saved my leg pain after being on a ladder.
Directions could have been simpler like saying F goes into handles, E goes into top tool tray shelf etc. I cheated %26 looked on utube for that part but next time I assemble will take half hr or less. Very sturdy to climb or stand on. Steps are nice wide to easily stand on. Very sturdy trying to jiggle it also. I might purchase another I liked it so well. Under 13 lbs to carry was also nice.
Very sturdy ladder, feel safe on it. Steps are wide making it comfortable when standing on. I would highly recommend.
Best safety step ladder I've ever bought and I bought more than 5 different types in the past years. lightweight easy setup and secure.
The only thing keeping this from a 5 star rating is that it was missing a set of washers and the seller is in Hong Kong. I have contacted them so we will see how it goes. The washers aren't essential but keep the tool shelf from folding without help.
This "ladder" is extremely easy to climb and stay stable. Even though I wish I bought the 6 step instead of the 5 that would mean that the" utility shelf" would be too high for me to easily lift a gallon of paint onto it. Because of the all steel construction the ladder is quite heavy which makes it difficult to move. It's too bad that wheels couldn't be worked into the design, then it would be 5 stars in every category. Yes, I'd buy it again.
Great stability. It's a little heavy for me but I'm a 74 yr old woman. My husband has no problem moving it.
I had bought this step ladder specifically for its weight capacity. It said 800lbs working weight capacity, therefore I figured I'm 250lbs this should be fine. All I was needing to do was hang pictures around my house. It worked fine for the first 3 pictures, then as I was putting in the drywall anchors hear a loud crack and feel the step I'm on begin to fold. I immediately get off and see it cracked in half. Next time I'll just get an A frame ladder as this product was a complete lie and waste of my time and money.
There are NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. lots of different screws, but nothing to show where they go. There doesn't appear to be any consumer help number. They say there is a video at the email address on a colored label but there are NO colored labels. It looks like it would be stable if we could put it together!
