I buy about two bags a week kings ford is what I trust and all I use and is what I recomend
Hands down the Kingsford professional competition brand is the best I have ever used in my smoker. My spare ribs have never been better. I got a nice long burn. It was really easy to keep the temperature that I wanted and I was just completely impressed with the flavor that was set into the meat. Way to go Kingsford!!!!
Thank you for making this product great for using with Offset smoking. I mix it with the other products. And it really helps to maintain temperature better. Are use a combination of Kingsford regular charcoal and mix it with the professional. Also using natural would like cherry and hickory. I get a better controlled temperature happy I used it
I've been grilling with Kingsford briquettes my entire life and see no reason to change that just for the sake of change. I get a good 7 hrs of quality buern in my Pit Barrel Smoker© which just performs flawlessly with Kingsford briquettes.
At the BBQ Corner we pride ourselves on excellence and Kingsford helps us meet our quality standards .... so Kingsford you get a BBQ Corner Good Good Good !
Long standing excellent product for all Us die-hard charcoal/wood cookers.
My husband bought this to using in his smoker barrel and I works like a charm. We ONLY use Kingsford and we have 8 bags in our garage...
The professional grade briquettes burn clean and hot but....they are brittle - obvious cracks formed in them while starting in the chimney and when transferring to the coal grate a number of them shattered and fell through the grate. The duration of the high heat was also disappointingly short - was barely able to grill two batches of thinly cut/mallet tenderized pork loin pieces.
I am a huge fan of kingsford from my grill to charcoal. I decided to try the professional during the holiday with family and friends over. I was impressed with the even heat but the taste was different then my usual with the blue bag or the pecan wood. It was even brought up while the family was cooking. Ill go back to blue or pecan.....
I have been using Kingsford original briquets for years and they have been a good product. I purchased professional competition and they are awful. They burn out quickly, leave a sooty residue, and they stink! I want my money back they are so bad.
