Works well. Read my review...
I asked if this was metal or plastic. It's plastic. I wanted a metal one as these always seem to crack. I went to a specialty plumbing store and they said they are not made in metal period! I checked another plumbing shop and got the same answer. So this is plastic but it's good. Product does not leak. Was concerned that the hand shower wand would not fit in this bracket. It's got a tapered design so it does fit well. Tips: - Use Teflon tape on the threads. - Only hand tighten or you risk cracking it.
