Once I figured out how to scan a code on my phone ( don't laugh! ) the set up was quite easy. I tested it and received emails each time I scanned it. If it had not been from the same phone on the ID my phone would have likely rang. Got a GPS map and exact location in my email. Let's hope we never need it but just in case. Took a ding for the cheap wire ring keyring they supplied. Very small diameter wire if tag got caught surely it would pull loose.

Received around dec 12. Attempted to set up qr code online, but the information i wat trying to input wasn't collected at all. So i followed the somewhat cryptic instructions to update the info, no response, no change. A week later i tried updating again. No change. I used their chat feature but no response- until the third time. They said they were there to help. Hmmm. Another day, and no help yet. A lost dog with no tag has no chance of finding its way back to its owner. (Microchips excepted). Until help arrives, its a 1 star review, sadly.

Delivery instructions were to leave at apt door as packages left in the lobby get stolen. Package was left on lobby floor ( as far as I know) and stolen immediately between the time I received notification to going down to retrieve it. Did not receive my order.
