Setting this up was a bit challenging alone, but once you get everything close together, it all locks in no problem. The bavk of the armrest wjere the cupholders are is hudden in a zippered compartment directly under that part of the couch. I missed it for an entire day and thought i was shorted a piece. Quality is amazing and feels good. The chairs recline with ease and ive definitely fallen asleep on them more then once. If you're dhort on space and need a couch that will give a big home vibe, this is definitely for you.
