The company was so responsive to my inquiries. It arrived in 4 different boxes (two chairs in each box and tavle in the 3rd box). Of course Fed Ex didn’t deliver all 4 the same day so I contacted the company and within hours, they provided all 4 tracking numbers. Fed Ex returned the table to the seller because of a damaged label. i again contacted the store and they sent a replacement table that arrived just 2 or 3 days later. i was impressed by their responsiveness. Robustly constructed. I don't doubt the 330 lbs. rated capacity. If you needed it to carry more weight, you could easily reinforce the chair with a bracket under each corner of the seat frame. For a few dollars in extra hardware, the chair could easily support 500 lbs. (In fact, I believe the original chair might support 500 lbs. - but only under static loading conditions. No bumps, sways, or jostling.) And speaking of weight, these are not lightweight portable plastic chairs. They are about as heavy as wooden chairs of the same size. They are surprisingly hefty and they are not stackable for storage. I wouldn't recommend using them for casual picnics or even weekend camping. As for size, these chairs are definitely bigger than any of my other plastic outdoor/patio chairs. I'm 200 lbs. and the chair gives me ample wiggle room, I'd estimate that it easily fits someone 250 lbs. It would probably be adequate for a 300-pounder, but I'm not sure about that. My main concern when purchasing this chair was about the hardware. A lot of companies cheap out on the hardware by using inferior quality or too short bolts and screws. The hardware for this chair is all stainless steel, properly sized for their loaded condition, and of good quality. The retaining nuts are "lock nuts", a convenient feature to ensure bolts stay in place. Another concern was assembly instructions. Many times the instructions are too small, too poorly illustrated, or make no sense. Sometimes, instructions are not even included. The instructions that came with this set are well-illustrated, readable, and easy to follow. Lastly, I was concerned about difficulty in assembly... whether holes properly aligned or whether I would need to do pre-drilling. No problem here at all. Everything lines up perfectly and no drilling required. And while I tightened everything "finger tight" during the assembly, before finally tightening everything down at the end; I think I could have foregone that extra step because everything fit right in the first place. I purchased a pair of these chairs for $110 including taxes and free shipping. I think they are a bargain at that pricepoint. Unlike other flimsy plastic patio chairs which last 10-20 years, these chairs are built to last a lifetime.

I was really shocked at the quality of these chairs. They are very sturdy. Assembly was very easy. We received the chairs on our doorstep at 3:40 and they were all put together by 5:30. The color was a little darker than the picture showed which made me very happy. It may have just been my computer screen. Found these chairs at another sight for over $200 more than what we paid on Walmart. We home the summer sun in Arizona doesn't cause problems. The company assured me it would not but we will see. The only other thing would be to provide glides on the bottom of the chairs. We will have to purchase them, but we are very happy with our purchase.

These chairs were absolutely perfect. We are short people, and I believe these are the first chairs that I am able to sit in with my back against the back of the chair and my feet to touch the floor. They are very, very, very comfortable.

I’ve purchased Pollywood in the past and this brand is almost as good. Highly recommend for people starting out trying to build their patio make their place look better love the color. Bought the navy highly recommend to anybody.

This product was better than I anticipated- exactly as the description states. we bought four chairs, pretty sturdy and somewhat heavy chairs, easy to clean. Once we got the first chair completed, the others we put together fairly quick and easily.

My order came in a couple days! Nice quality, easy to assemble it took me 20 minutes for each chair but I used a drill on a low speed. The material is nice and easy to clean, the chairs are strong and little heavy. The package came in well organized and packed.

As much as I don’t like writing bad reviews, this one was one of the worst purchases. How is it OK to pay $1300 for a set that goes bad after half hour of use (chairs got bent almost immediately!!)? I sent a few notes to the seller about the refund but haven’t heard back yet.

I ordered this patio set Feb 14th. It was partly delivered Feb 16th (missing 2 chairs). It is now the 19th. I first made contact with Walmart about this issue on the 16th. TWO DAYS after I ordered it and the DAY it was partially delivered. I have now spoken to 3 separate Walmart representatives that have promised to help me and none of them have. This is infuriating. First I was told I would receive the rest of my order and it never came. The tracking number I was given is defunct. Then I was told I would receive a refund. And now Walmart is telling me they can’t help me at all??? I would like someone to explain why I ordered and paid for a 7 piece patio set and only received 5 pieces and now no one can help me get the two chairs I am missing. Please help me get the product I paid for and have yet to receive.

I have contacted the seller multiple times and provided photos, videos, and even a cloud link, but they have not responded to my last two emails. After only about a month of use, the tabletop has already started to warp, with the edges curling upward, which makes it clear the plywood material is very low quality. The chair seats, which are advertised to hold up to 220 pounds, visibly indent as soon as you sit on them (they indent with the pressure of two fingers) and have already begun to deform. I assembled the chairs first and noticed the issue right away, but by the time I put the table together it was past the return window. I have been trying to resolve this with the seller since the beginning with no success. I’m extremely disappointed in both the product quality and the lack of customer service, and now I’m stuck with a set that clearly isn’t built to last.
