My issue is more about customer service . I bought this deluxe adjustable set of 4 Adirondack chairs , complete with foot rest, pull out table with cup holders , phone holder etc.
I also bought 4 rocking chairs. I spent almost $1000 on their products. On one of the rocking chairs there were some issues . We were able to fix one issue but there were other issues that we were not . It's all about looks . It will not be noticeable to others but when unboxing all 8 chairs, the mentioned chair issue was noticeable to us. I'm sure next season it won't be, but that's not the point.
Anyhow my issue is, when I called to replace the chair, customer service gave me a hard time . I just wanted a replacement on one chair , like you would with anything you order . They had me send pictures . They de minimized my concerns and would not replace it, but offered a consultation of $20 .
I was planing on ordering one more Rocking chair as well as two more Adirondack chairs but I think I will finish off my porch and back yard with the Serwall company over KingYes. I was not at all pleased with KingYes' customer service .
