Kipling Women's Gabbie Crossbody Bag Adjustable Strap

Great everyday crossbody! The size is perfect for my essentials and the compartments keep everything organized. I've owned several Kipling bags over the years and they always last forever, so I know this one will too. Stylish, lightweight, and very practical.

It's a good bag, not too small, so I use it when I need to carry a little more. The metallic color is pretty. I bought one for myself and another as a gift for my sister. However, hers came unstitched at the strap after very little use. This had never happened to me with a Kipling before. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars.

I love this!! I was looking for something that would fit all of my highlighters and pens and pencils. This fits all plus I have so much space. College freshman that needed some organization solved :)

A light carry-on with many pockets, very easy to wash (if you have kids, you may appreciate Kipling products for their effortless cleaning) perfect for flying with some airlines that are more strict. ')

I have this bag in black and wanted a lighter color for summer months. I love the lightweight material and multple pockets. This newer version does not have the strap inside with the clasp, I would hook my keys on it so I didnt have to search for them!

This is a beautifully designed and manufactured bag! I bought a Kipling bag of this size 30 years ago, and I am finally replacing it. This née bag is sturdier, has many more compartments, and has a much better quality zipper and clasp. I highly recommend both Kipling and this bag!

Too much time to ship, my accessory was removed out of my cart before checkout mysteriously and customer service was terrible and they take forever to respond and are unable to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I will never order from this site again. The bag is okay. Not worth it to me

The fanny pack belt fabric does not lay well and is difficult to adjust. I am a huge fan of the lululemon fanny pack and bought this because you could easily adjust to crossbody yet the fanny belt has to be hidden in compartment to put crossbody strap on and simply takes up too much space. Not sure what i will do with this yet it is not my favorite and much prefer the lulu fannypack. It reminds me of the fannypack my dad used in the 80s and not in a good way

A great bag overall, despite the high price point. I wish I did more research though as some of the other models have didn't straps. They are adjustable, which is important to me, but the buckle of the straps fell in a weird place. On a hot summer day wearing a tank top the buckles kept rubbing my bare arms which I found to be irritating. But with cooler weather it might not be an issue? I also hope it fits over a bulky sweater or Jacket. Overall, it is a cute little bag but for the price? Don't know.

I ordered this backpack after seeing one of my favorite travel vloggers show the one she regularly uses for theme park visits. (Hers had a specific animated character design that's no longer available, but I believe her City Pack is the medium size, or close.) She mentioned this size was perfect for her or for her and her husband to go by themselves now that the kids are grown. I wanted the same, and this one fits the bill! The backpack is on the smaller size compared to what I carried in the parks previously, but I love that, because it forces me to pack much lighter, and I found I really didn't need as much as I thought I did on my last trip. I didn't take this on rides the last time I visited a park, but I'm sure it would fit better than the behemoth bag I used to carry!The drawstring section perfectly fits two Brita water bottles. I use the front zipper compartment for my little pouch of things like eye drops, lip balm, and medications. My wallet, phone, and reading glasses (yay life in our 40's) are securely hidden in the main compartment's smaller pockets. And then we keep park essentials like sunscreen, hand sanitizer, kleenex, camera equipment, and portable phone charger in the main compartment under the flap. (I put these items into their own separate bags/pouches for ease in finding them later.) I can even fit my hooded sweatshirt, and maybe really squish my husband's into there too! The black color is perfect for us to take turns carrying it, too. There is a hidden flat compartment that rests against the wearer's back - I haven't used that, as I thought it would press against me and be uncomfortable. But that might be perfect for flat items, like park maps, receipts, etc. I find the side pouches to be too small for very many things, both in width and height, but I was able to put my sunglasses there. Probably will move the hand sanitizer to the other for our next longer visit.The fabric is great quality, very rugged, with a bit of a sheen, so I imagine water might bead off, at least a little. It also appears to be pretty quick-drying, although I haven't actually tested this in the rain or on water rides yet. The zippers all move like a dream! The straps are super-durable as well - overall excellent construction.Now for my least favorite part - the straps. I have them set to the tightest setting, but they are still not tight enough for me. I'm pretty short - only 4'11" - but this is the first backpack I've owned where I wasn't able to adjust the straps to be tight enough for me. If you grab the straps near the metal clasp, they also tend to adjust longer too easily. It's surprising, because this is a small-ish backpack, perfect for us more petite folks, and so I would expect the straps - if anything - to be a little too tight rather than too loose.I still recommend this one heartily, if you are looking for a park bag that has just the right amount of room for one or two adults who are theme-parking it without children in tow!
