It was exactly as pictured even better in person. It's huge which works for my 8th grader and her big books. The back padding is soft and comfortable on the bag. My daughter just loves this "monkey". Living in a US territory I expected a long shipping time but it arrived so quickly and this was my first ever purchase in kipling. I would definitely come back. I had kipling bags growing up and I still have them with how strong they are so it was exciting to now share that love for "the monkey" with my own child

This bag is just what I needed, it is the perfect size and I can use it when I am riding my pony, which is what I needed it for. It is small enough that it doesn't bounce on her back when my pony trots and it doesn't unbalance me when I am mounting or dismounting.

The bag was nice and i love it but not the delivery box. It came damaged to the level where someone can easily just grab the bag from the box. It's not the first time Fedex damaged my packages, revealing what's inside, and what's even worse is that they never bother to ring the doorbell or knock the door. I work from home so I will definitely answer the door but instead my package was left out in the open for hours. I really wish companies will allow us to pick carriers.

Great price when it got this curiosity carry in bag. I've been waiting for this item to go on sale. Because it went on sale and good deal I got all colors and happy about it even if I will not be able to use it fir now due to pandemic Its a good buy and good product since I am a Kipling fan. Must have good colors and quality.

I started out this pandemic by going minimal when I went shopping for essentials. Litle bag, Little Kipling bag. Wash it every week. Perfect. Now after a year: I NEED MORE ROOM! I need a place for extra masks, hand sanitizer... More lipstick. This purse upleveled me perfectly.

I didn't want to carry around a big bag. I was looking for a little one to carry my essentials. This bag is little, but roomier than I thought it would be. Stylish too, and I can wear it cross body so my hands are free. Very happy with this purchase.

Your backpacks are beautiful and very stylish. I wish you had a ray of colors. The little monkey is a rubber piece and I prefer the original furry ones. The different pockets work so well. There are several style of bags in my closet. I have one the first backpacks you ever made. I love that one too.

I have two Kipling bags that I love, approximately same size as this one. I bought this one for a trip to update my bag. The disadvantage for this one is it's hard to tell the front from the back, so not as handy when getting passport out. It is very well made, as my other two are,

This bag style has always been one of my favorites. Only 2 complaints about this bag. 1- I wish it was slightly larger in depth. As it is, it's great for quick every day wear but there are days when you need a little more room for a book, small water bottle or umbrella. 2- Stop making the hideous metal monkey. If I would have paid attention to the 2 bags I just bought and realized that it was a metal monkey, I wouldn't have made the purchase. They are heavy and clunky. I hope this won't be the 'normal' going forward. I, for one, won't buy new bags anymore.
