Live longer and breathe
I went from being a homicide lt. , in the homicide capital of florida, smoking 3 packs a day, and having a very hard time breathing. I dumped the cigarettes and went with 8-10 lozenges a day, my breathing greatly improved , and am enjoying retirement ten years later, working out with weights 20,000 lbs a day-30 days a month and enjoying life at 81.
