Seems to work well. After taking for a couple of weeks, noticed that my immediate memory recall is significantly improved. Eg. when inputting 8 digit passwords, previously I had to do it in 2 stages, ie. 4 digits at a time. Now I can remember all 8 digits in one go!

This is calcium and magnezium AKG which is considered superior to arginine AKG in terms of KG absorption (and was used in the recent anti-aging studies). We appreciate that they provide the information about the split between calcium/magnezium and KGA in each capsule which is critical but rare for AKG supplements. High quality brand.

it may be alright but does not mention mention the composition of the supplement. I need to know how much calcium there is to evaluate and since it does not say how much I assume that its not much.
