Take 1 soft tablet daily with meals. Ingredients Unrefined olive oil of the highest quality, soft capsule (bovine gelatin (without bse), glycerin, water) and safflower oil. It is produced at a company that has a Good manufacturing practice (GMP) registration, where other ingredients containing these allergens are processed. Packed in capsules and tested for quality

Good product. Nice combo. Nicely packaged with a nice large dose.

Range of quality calcium chelates supplements is quite limited but this one is best out there. No adverse or strange reactions and you definitely can feel the benefit. The RDA for calcium is about 1000 mg and it's very hard to not be deficient on regular diet. I take with the rest of bone support stack nutrients: K2, Mg, Mn, D3, Boron.

I haven't taken calcium supplements for years as I've been depending upon dairy. Because of my recent Dexascan, I decided to add a calcium supplement in this precise form, which my research showed to be the best assimilated. I also chose this one because I like the Kirkman brand – – it's one of the cleanest brands I've found.

Good gentle form of calcium. The vitamin D dosage is well judged, thankfully a very small amount that would not affect sleep but still help the calcium to absorb well. Tried to take it out of the capsule but it does not dissolve in water. Next time I will transfer it into a gelatin capsule as I do not like hypromellose capsules.

Kirkman's Calcium with Vitamin D3 is an easy way to take care of my bones and teeth. I like that it combines calcium for strength with D3 to help my body actually absorb it. Good Quality Product. I like that the composition is containing  natural  vegetarian ingredients. This product is easy to consume and digest.  Dosage amount and size is good, not too high, thus it is easier to manage as a daily supplement with the meal. I am happy with this product and will buy more. Highly Recommend.

Quality is good. I have never purchased this brand before but came out to be fine. Bothe the ingredients combination ( calcium as mineral and vitamin D) are in good ratio. If someone has deficiency in Vitamin D. It will suit. Calcium is essential for bones. I can see improvement gradually. Overall good supplement

Minerals are best bound to amino acids for optimal absorption. This one is bound to glycine and so can be easily absorbed into the bloodstream and brain! Calcium controls the release of neurotransmitters in the brain and has been shown in studies to elevate mood. This form is the optimal one to accomplish this. If it gives you stomach trouble, take sublingual.

I always seek a bisglycinate for a mineral supplement. Kirkman Calcium is one of the best. So good, I subscribed. This supplement comes with Vitamin D3. Not enough for me but the additional D3 with the NutraBio D3 2000 IU is just right. Kirkman supplement is worthwhile trying.
