L-Taurine capsules from Kirkman Labs are an excellent supplement for those who are looking for ways to support the cardiovascular and nervous systems. They are easily swallowed and do not cause discomfort when consumed. The results of use are felt after a few days – mood and sleep improve, nervousness and increased excitability decrease.

This product has changed my life, seriously! It gives me energy while simultaneously curbing my cravings for sugar. It also somehow drastically improves my vision. I only wish I discovered it sooner. The capsules are very small in case you have an issue with big ones (I don't mind either). I take it in the morning, and it seems to not interfere with my sleep like caffeine does (I have no problem falling and staying asleep at night). Will buy again, but not sure when since the number of capsules is enormous. One thing though, in the beginning, I had bitter taste in my mouth on days when I took it that lasted for hours. But it disappeared after I took it for a couple of weeks.

I bought this much more expensive L'Taurine because it is rigorously tested for contamination heavy metals ect. Also it's important that it's L'Taurine not Taurine, better absorption.

Very much recommend. I take one piece 30mins before breakfast and one before lunch. It literally changed my life. I feel more positive during the day and have more energy.

great product I ordered it after my physician recommended me I already feel the difference the ingredients are great the size of the caps are a bit big for me and have a heartburn after sometimes but other than that I can see the benefits

This is a good brand and I use other supplements of this brand that I like but this one made me feel sick and gave me a headache. and it does not what the packaging was!)
