[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing the Kisper 24K White Gold Over Stainless Steel Rope Chain Necklace and I'm pretty impressed. The width is 2mm, which is not dainty but also not too thick. The 20 Inch length falls just right for me and would be a good mid length if layering. As for the appearance, the 24k white gold over the stainless steel paired with the rope design gives this necklace a dazzling, sparkling look, especially in the sun. It has a cut look that shimmers as it reflects the light. The 2mm thickness gives it a substantial look and feel. If you like the look of thin, ultra feminine, shiny necklaces, I'd pass on this one however. I have been wearing as is but tried also with a silver pendant....Definitely nice I wasn't able to use any pendant because of the diameter of the end. The end of the chain has a tubular cap with the clasp ring attached so any pendant would need a wide opening. I also found it tricky sometimes to hook the clasp because of this design. The ring at the very end was somewhat difficult to grab because it dangled from the end tube. But once hooked, it is secure and looks, feels strong. I have been wearing all day and have slept in the chain a few times. There was no discomfort or skin irritation which is an absolute must for me. For me and my lifestyle, the chain is basic enough for everyday wear but with the inherent light catching qualities due to white gold outer layer and rope cut, it can be dressy as well especially if layered. Happy to have this chain in my wardrobe.
