At first it felt a little strange, I have to wear closed toe shoes to work and I can feel them being pressed between my shoe and toes. They haven't hurt though. My only issue is that the sizes are either too big or too small, there aren't enough of the right sized ones for me. I had to use a couple that were too big and if you look closely you can tell.
