I love my new air conditioner, my goodness it is so quiet and it cools down my living room and kitchen. I will be purchasing another one. I highly recommend this, except you do need three people cause it is heavy.

It was very easy to install. It actually took me longer to get it out of the box than it took to get it in place. It was not hard to handle by myself even though I have had 4 open heart surgeries. It is much quieter than I expected and is rapidly cooling my 480 square foot living room/kitchen/dining area open floor plan. It is also a wonderful bonus that I can see out the window again after using a portable unit that blocked a large portion of the view. I could not be happier or more satisfied at this point.

Arrived ahead of schedule, unit was in perfect shape, installation was easy, workmanship of unit is great! Is quiet and produces very cold air, one of the diverters in the front doesn't stay put where you aim it and the dehumidifier portion has its drain plug inside the house, only two negatives, price was within a working persons budget and I am very happy with my purchase

im a 70 yr old female andd installed by myself in my sunroom last night. So far, it has cooled this 400 sq ft room to about 70 degrees on a hot summer's day and in less than 24 hours. perfect choice for this room. quiet and efficient so far. it is heavy, so you may need 2 people to lift. i was able to prop and lift. i purchased the 12000 btu unit that w/ old rating and new eating system is 8,000. Hope this information helps other consumers.

I unknowingly bought this unit not realizing you had to drain it yourself. It cuts off every 10 minutes because it's full of water. It doe have small drain but who wants to get every few minutes and drain an air conditioner. This was on displayed in the description or I would not have purchased.

If I could give them no stars I would. I contacted their customer support over a month ago sent them video of how their product is not working and proof of purchase as requested and got a bunch of run around in text messages. Still waiting on the company to give me my money back or send someone to make it actually work😤It's just a massive piece of junk that the company doesn't stand behind/

This AC looked great in our room and for 3 weeks it functioned beautifully. Then this week the unit started changing temperature by itself up and down and beeping like crazy. The keypad on the unit will no longer respond to touch and the remote control allows me to set the temperature but then the same thing happens in a few minutes where the unit starts changing it by itself. Sadly, we didn’t purchase the warrantee so now we are stuck replacing it instead of returning it.

Just received my air conditioner and installed it. Very easy. When I turned it on it started making a clunking sound. My wife thought there was a car accident outside. No cool air. What do I do now. Going to be 90 degrees all week and I’m having surgery and won’t be able to do this again. I’m sure they won’t exchange it at Walmart either.

does not cool like I thought it would! This idem is over priced for what it puts out. I am very disappointed in this product. please do not buy this idem it is not worth the money. Who puts a drainage plus in the inside you have to have a container inside your house to catch the drainage in this unit.

Did not fit our window correctly. Tried to return to Walmart store and they could not take it back. Contacted the company I was advised too. They will not take it back unless something is wrong with it. I have never seen such crappy service.
