KISSAIR Nugget Ice Maker Countertop with Soft Chewable Pellet Ice, Portable Ice Machine with Handle, 35lbs/24H, White

I really like this ice maker. So far, I'm the only one using it and it makes right enough for just me. Does take a while to make but you have to figure it is a small unit and the mortor is small so don't expect it to work like an industrial ice maker. But like I said I am the only one using it and only made ice once and for just me I've made a gallon freezer bag of ice and has lasted me now 3 days. It isn't noisy. In fact, quite compare to another one I had. Not sure how long it will last hopefully a long time. I am satisfied for my needs.

my only complaint is the water reservoir is very small, so have to refill often. But if you have limited space, this doesn't take up too much room. the ice nuggets are very small, similar to Sonic ice. my machine has been working very well, no problems.

My partner has an ice addition and was buying cups of ice daily. I knew this would be an excellent gift. It is absolutely amazing. We bought an ice bucket to place in the freezer or you can use a freezer bag. Because the ice is wet you may need to get an ice pick to break it up , otherwise it's a great buy.

price point was good for the product. The ice is perfect size and makes ice very quickly. Just enough for one or two people. would nit serve a family well if you need large quantity of ice at one time. I personally love this product and would recommend.

The unit made great ice but took a lot longer than it should have. I was able to make enough ice for our family but I has to start a lot earlier. I don't know if there are any settings that could be changed but I was very disappointed with the amount of time it took.

The ice maker works great! I also purchased the 3year warranty. The ice maker was received with a 3 inch crack on the top clear cover.. I've talked with customer service and have provided all the information they asked for but still haven't received a solution to the broken ice maker

So I bought this ice maker in October. It recently started making an awful screeching noise and freezing up. I had purchased the extended warranty so I contacted them. They advised the machine was still under mfg warranty and I should contact them. I did that and they told me sorry we can't help , You have to contact the seller. I'm very unhappy with this sort of customer service from the mfg. It doesn't matter who sold it to me, THEY are the manufacturer!

Would not buy again… and I would have returned it if I could ….its to loud …you have to fill water many times to get enough ice …basket is way to small….but the ice is good and a small size which I like

bought this ice maker. 6 months later it started making horrible noises. contacted seller can't refund or exchange because its been to long to do anything.

I'm so disappointed with this ice maker. I bought it on Dec. 28,2024 and it just stopped making ice this Oct. 2025. Not even 10 months of use! The compressor will not run and it will not accept the water.
