I ordered this nightgown as a replacement for my beloved old "granny gown" which was literally falling apart. I did not think it would be as warm because the material is so much thinner. But it actually is warmer! It is soft and comfortable. One thing I love about it is the sleeves can be pushed up for a quick wash of breakfast dishes.

The material is wonderfully soft. I am5'9” and the length was perfect. If I was younger I would wear it to a dance. I just slept in mine and dreamed I was at a dance ballroom dancing.

Very soft material and actually a little thicker than I expected, which is fine, as I always seem to be cold, which is why I wanted the longer length. Seems to hold up well in the washing machine so far. Good purchase.

Cotton is a better fabric for me, but it doesn't irritate my skin much. One thing I don't like is that it can't be put in the dryer. I hang it in the shower to dry.
