Kitchen Baker's Rack Utility Storage Shelf

Lighter weight than my ULINE industrial shelves in the office used for printers, however, a good solution for fabric and craft supplies in the sewing studio. The width is perfect to fit 2 along the wall and stack Rubbermaid 41 qt latching box containers. Good value.

I am giving this 4 stars because although it is almost perfect, it is lacking in one area. I purchased this for holding my critter enclosures. I needed an open shelf design so Id be able to clip various lamps and heat sources to the shelves. The instructions were all pictures, no words. Id recommend having a rubber mallet on hand. You could use a regular hammer, but get something to soften the hits like a potholder or folded up wash cloth. You will want the mallet to pound the supports into place, but without marring them (hence the reason for something soft if you use a regular hammer). Id also recommend having a hard flat surface. I came across a few supports with bent tabs. I used the hard surface and the mallet to gently flatten them. I put it together by myself, but if you can get an extra set of hands to help for the beginning steps, it might prove useful. Getting all the pieces to line up proved a bit tricky by myself. The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because once you have the support, or frame, of the shelves built, you add the actual surface that your items will be sitting on. It is pressboard. Pressed together cardboard. It is strong and I have no doubts it will hold, but if you use this in an area with high humidity, it will eventually soak up moisture and begin to fall apart. At that point, Id replace the shelves with something moisture resistant. Or you could treat the boards before you add them to the supports, but then youd be adding to the cost and might as well get an all metal shelf for a bit more money. For me, its perfect.

put together quickly, fit in my storage room exactly where I wanted it to, sturdy, and plenty of storage area. I am very satisfied with this shelving product.

Absolutely so happy with this purchase!! It was so easy to install and I am so pleased with the shear size of it! I love the versatility and I love how it looks in my space. Should have bought two! A must buy.

This shelf is the perfect size for my pantry! No too big or too little. It holds so much canned goods without even showing any sign of wearing down. I also love that I can stack things on the shelves, like cans. I wasn't able to with my old shelf, everything would fall over. I need like 4 more of these for my pantry to be perfect. I am so happy with this purchase!!

Terrible!! Dont waste your money. Arrived damaged. Shelves are so flimsy. I returned item back to Walmart. Thankfully Walmart return was easy to do
