The flavor is rich and natural without being too salty or artificial like many other store bought stocks. You can really taste the difference from the organic, free-range chicken it adds depth to soups, sauces, and risottos without overpowering other ingredients. I love that it's low in sodium and has a clean ingredient list with no preservatives or MSG. It's as close to homemade as I've found in a carton. The texture is also sustainable. I do feel like the package could be a better quality.

I normally don't use much organic ingredients, but I have to be honest this stock is delicious, its the right texture, consistency and can't complain its good flavor.
