Poor customer service.
We were so excited to try this product but it was shipped in the product box itself and therefore was unprotected and had been obviously smashed and re-taped and the bottom of the box was wet and gross where a broth had clearly busted. I sent a photo and message but they still did not refund or resend my order. They wanted more photos and I had already thrown it away. Order with caution. Wish I could review the product itself.
