You'll love it
This is a flavor agent my mom used to use, so it's not only the taste of childhood but the umami is out of this world. Try it with any savory dish, you'll see. FanTAStic addition.

Leaking package
Unfortunately the package arrived totally leaking. I did not even open the package. But worse I had to actually return the leaking package. I would have preferred to take a photo and just trash it. And you made no effort to send a new one to me. So it was off to Ralph's to buy it… it may have cost a bit more but I didn't have to wait to have it reshipped. Overall I was so disappointed It not something I use all the time, but it's a pantry staple that you always want on hand.
