Food sticks.
The size is fine but its advertised as a non-stick pan. Every time we've used it the food sticks even with a bit of oil. If your looking for a non-stick I would not recommend.

Non Stick Surface is not as Durable as they Claim
The nonstick surface did not last as long as I would like. Will not be buying this brand again.

NOT a 10" Fry Pan
I bought this as a replacement for a 10" Fry Pan. It's not. The EXTERIOR measurement is 10" but the lip is so big the interior is only 9" - and even less inside as it slopes inward quite a bit making the cooking area almost identical to my 8" pan (see pic with my 8" pan inside this so-called 10" pan). None if my lids fit it so this is atotal waste of money.

Poor quality in the manufacturing process.
Although the non-stick feature seems to be very good so far, the pan is not flat. The bottom is somewhat convex, which causes the pan to heat up slowly on an electric stove due to only a small portion being in contact with the heating element. Also, this causes the inside surface of the pan to be convex as well, making any fluid entered, such as a little cooking oil, to run to the sides leaving none at the middle of the pan.
