Kitchen Mama One-Touch Auto Stop Electric Can Opener (Red)

I have neck problems %26 unable to use a regular stand up can opener , but I used this brand battery operated can opener for several years without problems. So when mine broke I was very happy to find I could order the same brand from Walmart . The price has increased since I bought my original one but I am pleased that it's the same quality as the original one. Very satisfied with this purchase

This is a great can opener. It works great on all sized cans that I have used. Just set it on the edge of the can, push the button and watch it go. I love that it does not create a sharp edge. If you're one of those people who recycles, reuses, the cans have smooth edges and the lids can be fitted back on for a removable top.

I love the Kitchen Mama! I took it out of the box, added 4 AA batteries (easy to open compartment, no tools) and it was ready to go! Put it on top of a can, and let it do the work for you! My arthritic fingers will be forever grateful for this find!

Love that this can opener uses batteries instead of having to be plugged in. It doesn't take up much room and is definitely easier to use than a manual one. The way it cuts is awesome because the edges aren't sharp. I haven't had any trouble using it.

it took me a few times to figure it out because it doesn't cut like the traditional manual openers (which I can't use any more due to carpal tunnel). this was my first electric can opener, and it was easy to use. just set it on the can, and press the button. it uses 4 AA batteries and the brochure said 1 year warranty!

All you do is put 4 AA batteries in it, hold the metal cutting blade against the outside of the can, press the white button on top of the machine to start it and watch the cutter go around the can to cut it open. It stops automatically when its finished cutting the can open. Remove the machine from the top of the can. Pull the top of the can straight up. You'll need some strong fingers or maybe the edge of a knife or side of a fork to help remove the top. The lid and can are completely smooth so you won't cut yourself. I opened a can of pears, ate half of them, put the cover back on the can to save them instead of putting the pears in another container and ate the pears the following day. You just have to remember that you cut the can open or you might dump the contents on the floor or else where. Super great machine . Even cuts cans open with pull tabs on them.

Super cute and functional. I have been wanting an automatic can opener for a while and this one is just perfect. It doesn't take up too much space and it opens my cans without leaving sharp edges. Its compact size is perfect if you don't have a ton of counter space to devote to a can opener. It takes a minute to get used to how to place the opener onto the cans, but after that, it's smooth sailing.
