cut a brick
this thing is a beast. when spatchcocking a chicken, I always had trouble cutting out the backbone either straining against the bones or breaking the shears(several pairs) not with these. I swear they could cut through a cam shaft(not really), but they are the best I've seen.

Excellent kitchen shears!
Wow, these scissors cut through everything! And I love the latch that keeps them closed and I especially like how I can take them apart and have 2 tools…a knife and a fish scaler. Made with quality materials, I'm going to have these a long while.

Very strong scissors
These are exactly as described. Heavy duty scissors that would cut any meat job. Great for cutting apart chicken. Good quality materials, sharp, and the big size is perfect for my needs. Very good value. Will recommend.

I did not like that the handles were harder to work with because i have smaller hands and the grip was far apart.
