Kitchen Supply Pastry Cloth 24 x 20 Inch, Cotton

This is a replacement for one I have had for years, so I was afraid it would turn out to be another "They don't make them like they used to," but it hasn't. I tried using a plastic pastry "cloth," but because it was stored rolled up, it was hard to keep it flat to use or to clean afterward. After laundering in my washer and dryer, I can fold it and store easily in the drawer with my other baking utensils.

Very handy, may need to iron the edges, but line dry will stop the need for that, Good quality

Exactly what I needed

I was disappointed in how flimsy and small this pastry cloth is, especially for the price. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known how thin it is. Half the price would be more reasonable. I haven't had an opportunity to use it yet because I don't make pie crusts or other pastries often. I do hope it works better than i think it will.
