Kitchen Table Butter Chicken with Turmeric Rice Microwave Ready Single Serve Meal, 12 oz (Fresh)

I've tried several of the "ready to eat" meals that walmart sells. They all arrive in the same sort of container so I'm guessing they all come from the same source, labels are also similar. I've only had butter chicken in a real indian restaurant once many years ago but this tastes just like what I remember. Turmeric is the main ingredient in curries so expect this to be a bit spicy, it's not hot by any means but your tongue will know there was some spice there. I'd judge this meal worth the price for what you get and the quality of it. Will buy it again.

I'm a pretty picky eater and was surprised that this was better than expected. I only wished I purchased more. The spice level was just right. It does come with cauliflower which isn't pictured but I loved it. Would recommend to anyone thinking of giving it a try. You won't regret it.

Has become one of my favorite Meals I'm disabled and it couldn't be simpler. three or four minutes and I'm having a delicious individually prepared meal

I enjoyed this way more than I expected to. It was a pretty small portion, but that's basically my only complaint. I like this better than, say, Choolah... which is a very low bar, but still. Will likely buy again.

I really enjoyed this dish, enough to buy it again! I live rurally and my nearest Indian restaurant is hours away. Sometimes I make a cheat version of it at home w/a Butter Chicken simmer sauce from a different brand - but between making the chicken, the veggies, and the rice, it still is more time and effort than I want to spend on a tasty meal after work. So this - is a great quick option for me that I like to use for lunch (I pair it with potstickers if I want an extra side) I enjoy the texture of everything in this one pan, though I think the amount of chicken and sauce to rice ratio needs to be a bit more even. I love the amount of rice - just think the sauce and chicken is needing to be increased to better match. Otherwise love this and will likely buy again for easy lunches!

wasn't a huge fan of the product. the chicken to rice and cauliflower ratio wasn't ideal for me. personal tastes aside, the curry was very good, lots of sauce, and a portion size good enough for a quick light lunch, but nothing really heavy. i suggest it for someone looking for somethi g quick and easy to heat with a hearty, true indian curry flavor. not the best for thise who like cauliflower though.

My husband and I are very pleased with the fresh taste and volume of food per dinner. However, I think that a warning should come with the butter chicken and turmeric. It sounds deceptively light in flavor. However, the dinner preparer had a heavy hand with the turmeric. It was too spicy.

The taste was OKAY but why put cauliflower in butter chicken??? Literally makes no sense. It ruined the dish for me.

There is cauliflower in this item that was not listed upon purchase and I'm allergic so I couldn't eat what I spent money on top actually be able to eat it. Please make the ingredients known.

Dry very little sauce. Cooked as directions indicated. Chicken was chewy. Two ounce portions of chicken, rest unfavorable chewy rice. Said had cauliflower. Found 4 florets.
