KitchenAid 11LB Waterproof Kitchen Scale White

Really happy with this kitchen scale. It looks clean and sleek on the counter and feels well made. I mainly use it for baking and measuring ingredients and it has been accurate and easy to use. I also love that it is waterproof because it makes cleanup much easier and I do not have to worry as much about spills. The display is easy to read and the size is perfect without taking up too much space. Definitely a great kitchen staple.

I already have this product and I purchased this one for my son whose scale only weighs up to 5 lbs. He was thrilled.

I tested the scale when I got it. I had a package of semolina flour that was unopened, so I knew its weight. I weighed the package on this scale on three different surfaces around my kitchen. The scale was accurate, to the ounce, every time. My previous scale was not even close to accurate. I'm very pleased!

very easy to use

I intentionally sought out a waterproof scale because I kept accidentally breaking my others. All of my other kitchen aid appliances have stood the rest of time so I decided to invest in their scale.

It has a nice design and easy to use, that will match most kitchens. The brand is a good quality brand, it has been in everyone's kitchen for years!

This is a good product. It would have gotten five stars for Overall Satisfaction except that the LED screen has a white background with white letters, and is less easy to read than if there had been more contrast.

I love this scale, I love that it is waterproof and can be washed. I feel more confident using it and getting it dirty compared to other scales.

I have not received this item, saying it is lost in shipping? But will not allow me to cancel order? How does one receive a refund please?
