KitchenAid® 12 Cup Coffee Maker with One Touch Brewing Onyx Black (KCM1204OB) Closeout

I have had my new coffee pot for a month now. I cannot believe coffee could taste so good. I read in the reviews. previous to purchase, how the same coffee taste better in this new pot. It is no lie. Everything about this coffee maker is perfect. Very easy to use and no more bitter coffee.

I bought this coffee maker after the one I had started working improperly (would only brew 1/2 a pot and then shut off) I am quite pleased with this coffee maker. Before purchasing this appliance I researched several others. I chose this one for several reasons--#1 the brand, I really like all my KitchenAid appliances. #2 the style - some reviews that I read said it was large and bulky looking but I disagree. I think the sleek retro look is great. It takes up no more room on my counter than my laste coffeemaker. #3 the price, I paid much more for the last coffeemaker that I had and it didn't last but about two years(daily use). So far I can find no faults with this appliance and am thoroughly pleased with it. I will be replacing several small appliances with KitchenAid product in the very near future. I have recommended KitchenAid products to friends and family for years and always give KitchenAid when giving appliances for gifts.

I love this coffee maker. It looks stunning on our countertop and we love the small batch brew mode. Perfect for 2 people! Since the product was brand new it did give off a plasticky taste the first few brews. Just run a few cycles of vinegar through and a few rinse cycles and problem solved!

This coffee maker makes great bold tasting coffee in 20 minutes, which is no problem because you can easily set the timer the night before for that morning cup of java. The design is definitely KitchenAid and looks so modern. There is absolutely nothing about this coffee maker that I do not like, and believe me I have gone through all of the better brand coffee makers. Thanks for a wonderful product!

LOVE LOVE this coffee maker.... it's been the best one yet. It's so easy to use and love the auto timer to have your coffee brewing for you when you get up in the morning. And because of the filter it makes the best tasking coffee ever. It's also has a strong brew button which is great for when you need that extra KICK in the morning.

I recently bought this coffee maker based upon a tremendous number of positive reviews and the Kitchen Aid reputation. The coffee maker is very easy to use and as others have commented the coffee does taste much better than my previous coffee maker. But....I wish I had known that the lid for carafe is not able to be removed for washing. This makes it awkward to wash and when it breaks then the coffee pot will be rendered useless.

I have been very happy with the quality of the machine. I especially like that I have the option to make a regular strength or bold strength pot of coffee. The only thing that I dislike is the roundness on the top of the brew basket. It makes it cumbersome when trying to place it under your cabinet on the counter.

Wish it was white carafe with white coffee maker. Top is hard to remove for washing. Little knobs bent and one will probably break soon. In videos carafe has "kitchenaid" label on it. My carafe has no kitchenaid" label. Makes smooth tasting coffee. Love bold option. Easy to use.

Brews a great cup of coffee but doesn't stay hot enough on warming plate. I don't like luke warm coffee so I called KitchenAid CS who is sending me a new unit. I hope this takes care of the problem. I do like the new design and it goes well with upscale kitchen appliances.

I thought this coffee maker would be something to brag about, it isn't! I've used Mr. Coffee brewers, and $10 brewers, the only difference is this one looks expensive, and it is! I don't like the warmer staying on for two hours after you brew, I would prefer the option to turn it off...because most of the time we drink all of the coffee, which means I can't put the empty glass pot back...or it well burn/crack the pot. In my opinion, this brewer is not worth the high price tag!
