KitchenAid 4-Slice Toaster, Empire Red with High Lift Lever, 7 Shade Settings

I love this toaster! It's the Cadillac of toasters. Once you figure out which setting you want to use for darkness of toast, it's great, toasts the same each time. But I have found, if you're toasting multiple sets of toast, one right after the other, the second toasting will be darker because the toaster is already hot, so pay attention. It does get quite hot on top so be careful! It also has a sound signal when the toast is done. I have no complaints, very pleased.

Love love love and it stays on my counter! It has a cute retro look. And fits bagels and folded tortillas. The best!

I had a similar 2 slice kitchen aid toaster in the past which lasted over 20 years. So glad I found a 4 slice one.

I disliked the fact that the control knob is on the side instead of the end with the lever. The space allotted for a toaster in my kitchen is vertical not horizontal so the knob is against the wall.

The only toaster to have on our counter. This is our second just a different color.

Great looking toaster. The long wide slots are handy. The warmer setting works. BUT The mechanics are in rough condition, possibly a used toaster. It only browns on one side and it must be turned nearly all the way up to toast at all. You can't flip the bread over to toast the other side, or it burns up. At $150⁰⁰ it was incredibly over rated and over priced. Just say no to this toaster!

This toaster has a premium price, but it's performance is not as good as another toaster. We've acquired for 1/5 the price. We tried this toaster for several months and found it does not toast evenly on any of the settings. The sides or ends of the slices could be nearly burnt while the center was barely warm. Unfortunately, I waited too long to return it
