This bowl replaced my glass bowl for my Kitchen aid professional mixing bowl. I could not find an exact replacement and this one worked well.

Picture shows mixer and bowl. My daughter thought you got both. Sometimes people don't read the description correctly, reading it to fast. She was very disappointed when she got just the bowl! Showing the bowl separate would help any confusion.

Good quality but it did not fit the mixer as it should

On the first hand wash I made before using the appliance it completely rusted on the Inside. I noticed it was full of little holes on the inside of the bowl and the rust came right out of those holes. This is obviously a manufacturer defect. Not the quality you would expect from kitchenaid

My hubby bought the Lift-up mixer to upgrade my kitchen tools. The mixer is wonderful but the Large and Small metal bowl's that come with the machine are useless and there are not other types of bowls I can use with it, to my knowledge. The bowls have a bump and divot in the center bottom of each bowl which the ingredients collect there and never mix, unless you stop, take out the beater and hand mix. Because of the bump/divot, you cannot whip any egg whites, I had to purchase a cheep hand mixer to do that. The beater in the small bowl does not whip well, only good for mixing. And
