LOVE LOVE LOVE

Harlee September 5, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been contemplating on buying a kitchenaid mixer for about three years now and I finally got one and I don't regret it! I love the fact how easy it is to figure out how it works. Also, it was nice how it comes with a cook book full of recipes! My favorite things to make with my mixer are pizza dough, cookies, and butter cream! I've only used a hand held a few times so I don't have the best experience to compare the two but I do know it's nice to just throw everything in there and let it do its thing! I can't wait for the holiday season to make all kinds of treats!

Love at First Mix

Maira April 22, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my KitchenAid mixer for 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it. I have been wanting one for about 10 years and I finally decided to spend the money. I've made two cakes and some buttercream frosting using my mixer. I decided to go with the glass bowl because I just loved how it looked on the image. The mixer is surprisingly quiet. I think it may be even quieter than my old hand mixer. The only downside is that you have to be very careful with the bowl. My bowl cracked the first time I used it. Not a huge crack, you can't even feel it on the surface, but just seeing the small nick bothers me and I hope it doesn't get bigger. I checked the attachments and none of them hit the bowl so I don't know how the crack even happened. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, but if KitchenAid could send me a replacement that would be awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my kitchen aid just after Christmas. Have yearned for one for over 20 years and finally was able to buy one with Christmas money. Bought the Artisan in Red and LOVE, LOVE , LOVE it. Have used it every week since Makes great dough for bread, creamy mash potatoes, cheesecakes etc. Our Grandsons love helping. Bought the attachments and lives how it grates cheese in no time. Making sausages next Recommend this product

Always wanted one

Jorene March 15, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered my KitchenAid mixer online from a specialty store in February 2017 and it was out of stock. So I was excited when I finally received it on March 9th. I unboxed it and sat it on the counter. Then I noticed that the name plate wasn't attached completely to the mixer and it moves when I tap it. And the part that the attachments insert into isn't attached evenly. There is a gap. So needless to say I'm disappointed and worried that this mixer wasn't assembled properly. I did turn it on and it seemed to work, but haven't actually used it. So I'm hoping it will just be an aesthetic issue. Which still bothers me because your mixers aren't cheap and I feel like providing an all around quality product wasn't important. I had been contemplating contacting either the store or your company about this, but not ready to deal with a potentially uncaring customer service person. Also, I've bought this same mixer before for my daughter one Christmas and hers looks so nice and I couldn't wait to get one for myself. Now I'm embarrassed for anyone to see mine.

Love the Red!

Grammie February 6, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Artisan stand mixer for Christmas. I have had a kitchen aid for years but wanted a colored one. I was a bit disappointed with a flaw in the silver band that goes around the top as it is not even. I tried to return but that was way more trouble than it was worth. I have had troubles with the glass bowl also, the based screws to the base but when you attempt to remove it sort of locks on. I'm bummed but the color is great.

Missing part...

Angelgyrl253 November 30, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't been able to use my new mixer yet because when I took it out of the box it was missing one of the little rubber feet. Without that piece the mixer is wobbley and unstable, I didn't want to take a chance on using it when it is wobbley. I can't really write a good review until I've actually had a chance to use my mixer. I wrote to Kitchenaid Custer Care, but haven't received a response yet. Once I am able to use my mixer I'll write a better review.

Beautiful design, but difficult to spin the glass bowl off

Stephen July 10, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our new mixer. It mixes great and it's reliable. The only challenge has been spinning the glass bowl off the base. Once you lock it in the base, it's hard to spin it off the base because the handle hits the arm of the mixer. Aside from that simple design challenge, we really like the product.

Seems nice

Me Me March 26, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my birthday and the second time I used it, the glass bowl broke. I called Kitchen Aid and they said they would send a mailing label to send it back. They never did. I called again and they said they would send a metal bowl to replace it. I hope they do...

not KitchenAid as I have previously known it.

stella February 22, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a KitchenAid mixer for years and adored it. Replaced it recently. It seemed to me that the "off/on" lever was stiff. However, I thought it might work itself out after use. It seemed to be doing fine and then the last time I used it, it started making noises that I know don't belong there. I just haven't gotten to sit down and contact you about this. I purchased it at Kohl's I believe last December or early January. My nearest Kohl's is about 90 miles away so I did it online. Can you help me with this? Normally, I would sing KitchenAid's praises - but not with this one. In advance, thank you Mrs. Jeane Matteo
