This mini size manages enough for me, up to two loaves at a time. The power is great for kneading bread reliably and easily. A quality product, and I am really pleased.

The mixer is powerful enough to get through my favourite pizza and gluten free bread dough and takes up much less cupboard space than my old mixer. It's the perfect size for our motorhome as well and I love that all the standard KitchenAid attachments also fit this little powerhouse.

She let out a squeal of excitement when opening her Christmas present and hugged the appliance. This mixer is the perfect size for making biscuits, cakes and brownies. It is quiet and easy to clean. My junior baker recently used her mini stand mixer to cook items in the cookery section in our regional show. She won prizes in all six cookery categories as well as an overall prize for her cupcakes. This mixer is now essential item in our kitchen.

It was easy to use and operate, add ingredients and it mixed well around the sides and bottom. I will enjoy my chocolate and beetroot cake tonight.

Pretty good little stand mixer. There's only one thing i would like to recommend to everyone who wants to purchase one. Get yourself the flex edge beater and a spare bowl. Secondly i really would recommend that you take the time and adjust the machine as described in the manual. The beater was far to high from factory setup.

The more compact size means that it takes up less bench space but still stands out as a feature in the kitchen. I love cooking Italian food and my Mini has been perfect for mixing and kneeding pizza and pasta dough with the included dough hook. The amount of time and mess it saves is insane. For anyone questioning the size, the Mini has been big enough to create 7-8 pizza's worth of dough at once, and more than enough to make pasta dough for our family of four. I can't wait to purchase some pasta making attachments and build my collection!
