[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I could afford a Kitchenaid mixer. When I discovered the refurbished mixer it was affordable. I am thrilled with it. I just started with the sourdough bread craze and this mixer has made a huge difference for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this KitchenAid Artisan with the 325 watt motor about 2 months ago. Works great, lots of power when I made a batch for 2 loaves of bread. No problem at all. I also make my own homemade lemonade, so I purchased the juicer as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as a gift. I absolutely love it. I have always wanted one and even though it is refurbished, I love it. This way I don't feel badly about the giver paying the huge "original" price. I love the 3 different attachments that came with it. And have already cranked out several batches of blueberry muffins! My family really enjoys my baking now that I'm not complaining about having to hand stir everything! I truly have enjoyed this new stand mixer. I got my favorite color. And my family benefits because of it!
Picture of refurbished model showing mixer, 3 attachments, and cover was misleading. Did not include bowl cover. Didn't read the fine print… my fault.. Could've gotten a better price for a brand new KitchenAid mixer with same standard items. However, still an awesome mixer. Still recommend mixer.
The mixer is beautiful, it came with some scratches (not much). The bowl every time I use it if I don't dry it on the spot, there are rust stains, I have a professional that I bought at a regular price years ago and there were never any problems or rust! I was saddened by that, but the price of this was actually much lower. Works well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the refurbished mixer since Nov 2nd and I've made 12 cheesecakes so far. It works like a charm. The only issue I've encountered is the flat beater attachment's white coating is chipping, but after searching the internet - this seems to be a common problem even with new, not refurbished models. Good thing I noticed it as it chopped into my batter. I had to toss it out :(. I chatted online with customer service and they have sent out a replacement with no hassle at all. I'm going to look into getting the silicone beater attachment eventually.
it sounds odd when on high speed. also was VERY dissatisfied with the delivery person!!! they left the box out by the road! and in the rain!
I received the mixer, and I couldn't tell you if it works or not. It came without the whisk mixer, and the splatter guard wasn't there.
The very first time I turned it on it began to make a horrible screeching. I was making whipped cream so not much strain to the motor. As I was turning it off it was spitting metal shavings into the bowl. Not well refurbished or inspected before it was sent to me. I was so excited to finally have a Kitchenaid mixer too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixes in April. It sounds like there are rocks rolling around ,and speed control is not working proper. I called the warranty line. Tould them I have used this mixer a few times. But because the mixer is in our bakery (regardless of what it is used for) the warranty is void. I have numerous kitchen aid products . But when I asked the rep about standing by the kitchen aid product. He mentioned the integrity of the policy's and not about there product itself. I then asked if kitchen aid wanted me to become a Bosch product owner and the rep more or less said yes. Very disappointed.
