They look like a pot holder for on the table but then you spot a small opening on the side that allows you to slide your hand inside and it's stocked just right to slide your fingers in for better grasping. I have been able to hold hot pots/pans in my hands for what feels like forever without any heat coming through or any warm sensation

The hand pocket makes these the perfect hybrid of a potholder and an oven mitt. They give me good grip and heat protection without being big and cumbersome. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved and our kitchen is a different color. We've been replacing our kitchen towels, oven gloves, pot holders, etc. in our new colors. I can't believe how hard it is to find thick, quality pot holders that don't burn your hands! We got these Kitchenaid pot holders because they are much thicker. Bonus, they have one side that have a textured grip to truly hold on to items better. We absolutely LOVE these pot holders and will be getting more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these Mini Oven Mitts from KitchenAid, and I really like them. My usual go-to mitts have been a pair of giant mittens that almost reach my elbows; protective, sure, but sometimes just too awkward. These Mini Mitts are perfect for my more everyday tasks, like draining a pasta pot, or taking hot dishes and containers out of the microwave, which is made much easier than a traditional oven mitt by having this 'puppet'-like design with silicone nubbins that change the direction of the grip - allowing for a more secure hold on whatever hot dish you have to move. I've been using these more than my regular mitts, and will most likely continue to do so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a few weeks ago in pistachio. The color is so cute and matched my kitchen decor. The silicone dots to give the pot holder the grips even look like small hearts. Sadly there aren't enough to make the grips feel secure. They are great for lighter weight things but would hesitate to do heavy lifting in these.

I chose the honey orange color since I have a similar accent color in my kitchen and they matched perfectly with the mitts! Overall these mitts were beautiful and stylish and did a pretty good job handling hot pots and pans. I like that the rubber grips consist of small dot patterns and that the orange color is so bright and bold. My only issue with the mitts is that they are a bit too thin for my liking. I can't hold hot items straight out of the oven for too long before I start feeling the burn. It just may be me since I have heat sensitive hands though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the pot holders they are large enough for my hand I'm 6'2" male, however the mesh on the pan side is kind of slippery and I find myself grabbing or attempting to grab the sides of pans more than 1 time, whereas a cotton or non mesh even if this is plastic does not slip. Otherwise I like these and the fact the come in pair of two.
