KitchenAid Ceramic Forged 12 Inch Nonstick Frying Pan, Dishwasher Safe and Oven Safe to 500°F, Onyx Black

I have been using this pan for a couple of months and love it. I hand wash it, not because I don't think it would stand up to a dishwasher, but I don't want to risk it getting scratched by the prongs in the D/W. It cleans really easily by hand washing. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that it is a little over the 12 inches advertised so the 12" lid I already had does not fit very well.

Heats up nicely, and cooks multiple recipes evenly.

This pan works as described - heats evenly - is easy to clean. It says it doesn't have any of the undesirable chemicals.

So far, we really like this skillet. We decided to pay a bit more to see if the quality was apparent. I would say yes at this point, but it's still new, so we aren't sure about the longevity of this skillet. Most of the cheaper ones start to show signs of wear after six months or so. I hope this one lasts longer. It's very large with high sides, which adds to the verticality.

The item arrived with a dent. Will be returning.

Was expecting a better experience with this pan. My old cheaper pan performed much better in terms of nonstick qualities. This one became sticky after 2 uses, and using oil doesn't help. Also, the handle is quite thin and small, making it quite uncomfortable to hold and operate. Pretty disappointed -- I'd return it for a refund, but I already used it unfortunately.

So initially this pan was great. Bought it in December 2024 but after only having it a few months, the nonstick is already starting to wear. Kind of disappointed.

after only one month of use of regular use with proper cleaning, the pan has become permanently stained and does not work as non-stick anymore. for the price i paid ($30 ) this is unacceptable. have to return this and fine one of better quality. its a shame because i really liked it up until this point.
