[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a year ago and it still works great. I really appreciate the removable stainless steel cup. Very versatile and easy to clean… no stains, no discoloration like the plastic ones and less micro plastic in your food. I use it to grind fresh herbs, dry herbs, spices and lots of coffee beans.

Thrilled with yet another KitchenAid product. Glad I didn't go with the 'cheaper' brands that offer one grinder basin as this model offers THREE, one for coffee beans, one for spices and one for you pick it. For me, I used for grinding egg shells into a fine calcium powder and it performed perfectly. My other KitchenAid products have lasted for years and I have no doubt this grinder will too, probably because it's still made in the USA. Look forward to seeing that happen with other products in the near future!

Disliked: spice and coffee can escape grinder cup even coffee due to looseness of the lids and cause a mess.

Grinds blow out all over the place. The lids won't stay on. I had to use tape and stuff a rag in the big plastic dome to finish up grinding a small amout of coffee this morning I purchased this a long time ago and its been new in the package. I was so excited to show my partner we could grind fresh coffee when the subject came up. How embarrassing fir me & Kitchenaid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this would be a great quality product it is a kitchen aid, but it wont grind most coffee beans or spices they get stuck in it and have to use a spoon or knife to move them around and get it out, the problem is there is only 1 blade in it not multiple blade to grind it down like coffee ground should be.

Bought this grinder a few months ago to replace a Hamilton Mill we had for years. We got this one because it was only slightly more expensive than the other grinders and because it's KitchenAid. We expected a quality product. Sadly, we have the same issue that many others have had because of the lid design. It leaks coffee grounds every time we use it.
