KitchenAid Food Grinder + Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder Attachment Bundle,

We purchased this along with standup mixer and this exceeded our expectation and it makes life a lot easier

We bought these accessories a little over 1 month ago and have used them several times. They work fantastic.

I had an older one that was bigger and cracked. This one is smaller and yet has all the attachments it looks like a better design that should prevent cracking of the casing. It comes with a juicer in addition to previous attachments. I use the juicer for fresh lemon juice in my water and the shredder for cheese and carrots. It works well.

Love the product. We use it everyday. So easy to clean up. I recommend this product for every kitchen that prepares food.

Worth the time to set up as it slices the vegetables in a matter of minutes. The slices are uniform and in the case of potatoes, they cook faster as well. This is my second set as the first one I had cracked from years of use.

I bought this a week ago and I am AMAZED by the results. What an amazing shredder. I have saved so much time using this. I love to make quiches so this has been an extremely valuable tool for making my quiches. The shredded cheese is always so perfect when I use this! If you do any sort of shredding/ slicing you need to get this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have previously puchased the kitchenaid foodgrinder and slicer/shredder attachments seperately but the food grinder i had is an earlier design that worked ok but definitely had some issues. But first we'll talk about the shredder. Ive mainly used this for grating cheese for pizzas. Its definitely a huge time/knuckle saver(if youve ever grated in a rush you know what i mean). With softer cheeses it tends to get a little gummed up on the inner chamber which makes cleaning a little bit of a hassle but all in all it still saves me a bunch of time and effort. The slicer attachment im still trying to find a use for. I tried to slice pepperoni with it but it didnt work out well. Now on to the star of this review, the improved grinder. First they shortened the length of the feeding tube so not as much gets stuck when pressing the food through. The shape of the blade is changed as well and felt like meat was getting through with less clogging. The tool used to push the food through is also greatly improved. Meat would always get stuck to the side on the old model so i like that they updated it to a smooth dowel. And my favorite improvement is that they made the pieces detatchable. It was such a pain trying to fit the old grinder into a drawer but this new design store much easier. All in all i would definitely reccommend this set if you're looking to grind your own meat and take your cooking to the next level

I bought and returned these attachments. Slicer sliced potatoes so thin they were more like chips. Could not adjust....

This just did not work. The juicer was a joke. The shredder would not work on the first thing that I tried it on "cabbage" so I put it back in the box and returned it. Don't waste your time on this JUNK

Being a kitchenaid product, I thought it must be excellent. But it is not that easy and you have to push hard to get it work. Also carrot get stuck frequently. I returned this product.
