most of the knifes I bought in the past were not sharp because of the way it is made. The way it is made were not flat on the back part. They were like dome on both sides of th knife, that is why it is not sharp. But this one is flat on the back and very sharp. I am very happy with them. Very sharp. I am going to order me some more. I love it.

Best knives ever
These are the best knives I've ever Owned. And I've owned more expensive knives than these. They have just enough serrated edge to cut through all my fruit and vegetables easily I've been having a set for about a year and not a single speck of rust. I use them every day multiple times a day. I just bought another set so would have enough company. They are perfect for steaks or any meat as well.

I needed new steak knives
Look very nice, not like a murder weapon, and the have a small serration for cutting into the steak.
