great warrenty
This has a lifetime warranty, it's a no brainer! It works fantastic and I have the peace of mind of knowing I can replace it for free if it ever doesn't. I use my can opener a lot and it's held up amazing, I bought this one for my mother in law because I love mine so much!

Hand held kitchen aid can opener
I've always used an electric can opener but sometimes they work and sometimes they won't catch the lid but this particular can opener works great… smooth opening

Once around the can!
What an eaze it was to open cans. Previously owned a kitchenaid can opener like this. That is why I bought it again. i am guessing that I had my first kitchenaid can opener for about 10 years. I think that it's good quality.

I bought this can opener after using one at a friend's house. it is so easy to open all my cans when making chilli. I would recommend to anyone especially if you have arthritis. Love it!!!

VERY EASY TO USE!
This can opener, although MANUAL, my granddaughter sees it is very easy on the hands and does not require much effort. I bought it for my her as one of her trunk party gifts

Gears rust easily. Not stainless!
The gears of the can opener instantly rusted because we washed it in the dishwasher before using it. Still works after spraying with cooking oil. Why aren't the gears stainless steel? Food needs to be washed off after using it to open cans. It will rust even if hand-washed. I will have to keep it oiled. What a bad design flaw. The handle fits my hand well, and it is solid other than the gears, so I'm keeping it.
