[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Hard-Anodized ceramic induction frying pan is great for all type of cooking. It is only 10'' wide but it has a really nice weight. You can immediately tell it is a high quality pan. The forged base definitely helps heating the pan quickly and distribute the heat so that the food cooks evenly. The pan is non-stick and thanks to that ceramic interior, even if there are some sauce that dried out on the side, you can easily scrub it out. It is also very easy to wash. All in all, I am very pleased with our new KitchenAid frying pan which gets a perfect 5 stars rating from me.
