KitchenAid K400 Blender | White

I bought this blender as a gift for my fiancee. She blends a smoothie every morning for breakfast, and she is very happy with her new, powerful, reliable Kitchen Aid blender. It makes short work of her frozen fruits and spinach and so forth. This blender is a wonderful addition to the kitchen. I highly recommend this excellent appliance.

This is the best blender for smoothies I've ever had (and that includes the previous 2 kitchenaid blenders I've had). Our family makes multiple smoothies every morning and this blends them perfectly in under 10 seconds. No lumps, no needing to stir to get it to blend, just press the button and it's done. We tried 2 other brands because we were hoping to find something less expensive but they just didn't work. Haven't made anything else but smoothies in it yet, but for our purposes this has been well worth the money. Hoping it lasts for many years.

I really like this product. I make my dog ice cream and this mixed everything together in a snap. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

The blender that we had before was truly horrible and transferring over to this blender has made all of the difference. I now want to make smoothies on a daily basis because it's so easy! Smoothies and Margaritas are so smooth! The self-clean feature is magic; it makes clean up so quick and easy! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Its blends wonderful, the only reason i did not give it 5 stars was because when I blend chiles it stains the cup I've cleaned it takes a couple of type of cleaners but now its not a clear and beautiful as when purchased.

I have always trusted KitchenAid because of its reputation for making quality appliances. My blender was a Christmas gift, and I was very impressed with how well it performed. It is powerful, blends smoothly, and works much better than several other brands I have used in the past. However, I am disappointed that after only a few months of normal use, the pitcher started leaking from the base. This is a significant issue that makes the blender difficult to use and creates a mess every time I blend something. Considering the price of KitchenAid products, I expected better durability and quality. When you invest in a premium appliance, you expect it to last much longer without major problems. While I still appreciate the blender's performance, I am disappointed by this defect and hope KitchenAid will stand behind its products and provide a solution. I'd give it a positive but honest tone: praising how well it works while expressing disappointment about the leaking issue.

We received this blender as a wedding gift and were very excited! It has worked great for 1.5vyears, and now it is falling apart. It started with a small leak. Now the blade base has become very lose and the rubber gasket has fallen out, allowing leaking at a surprising rate. It led to smoking and damage to the base of the blender when plastic was grinding directly on plastic, also creating an awful smell. The only straightforward option is to replace the blender body, but I am worried we will just have to do it again in a year. For the price you pay, this is insane. And I can't get in touch with anyone on chat or support to discuss replacement.

The blade got broken after only 14 months of use. Very unreliable product
