KitchenAid Pasta Cutter Attachment Set, Silver, KSMPCA

After receiving the pasta roller and fettuccine cutter as a gift, it was only logical to purchase the Angel Companion Set (I used to make Angel hair pasta with a manual pasta machine). My world has changed, this cutter is so good! What used to be 'chore' is now a pleasure. I was so excited that I've made and dried angle hair pasta noodles for my extended family! Nothing better than home made noodles using farm fresh eggs! Bring on Winter and Chicken Noodle Soup : )

This set of attachments to the KitchenAid Stand Mixer does roll and cut fettuccine, egg noodles, spaghetti and angel hair pastas with ease and precision! I purchased the pasta cutter attachment after being gifted the roller, all I can say is that I will now not be purchasing pasta from the supermarket. These attachments make making pasta so easy and fast I would highly recommend purchasing

The pasta cutter will take some practice. The angel hair cutter is awesome...except it is a bit difficult to clean.

I bought this attachment as I bought the roller first. And I thought the spaghetti cutter will make the progress a bit easy. I used for twice. Every time the dough got stuck and can't use afterward. So I have to use my old manual one instead. i tried twice. The fist time I thought it's because of the dough is too wet. I try to make the second time very dry. Still not working.

I bought the pasta cutter twice, the smaller one was faulty, I thought I was unlucky, then purchased another one. when receiving it today, brand new pasta cutter, the dough stuck inside, noodle did not come out. The cutter has problem in design.

Thank you Kitchenaid for replacing my broken angel hair pasta cutter unfortunately I unpacked the second one and the combs broke a second time when I was using the machine. I know it is not my recipe as the fettuccine cutter works fine, really disappointing, I really wanted to use this attachment a lot.

I thought I was getting the THREE pice set !! Walmart sent me the two piece set, instead !!
