This teapot is perfect, recently changed to an induction cook top and had to replace my 30 plus year old teapot. I like the removable lid, it is easy to wash and always looks beautiful.
Quality product, induction cooking compatible, great pricing. What I like the best is Walmart makes it so easy to order with no surprises.
Well made and easy to clean. It is heavier than expected but built to last.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Stainless Steel Whistling Teakettle because we needed a Teakettle that was perfected for boiling water. This is a beautiful heavy teakettle that is all stainless steel. There's no plastic or rubber on it. It's all stainless steel. It whistles when the water is boiling which is great. There is some steam that comes from the lid but it still woks amazing. The Teakettle does come with a nice stainless steel handle that is very nice and sturdy for you to hold. Definitely my new favorite Teakettle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the KitchenAid - 1.9-Qt. Teakettle and I could not be happier. Simply fill up thectea kettle up to the max line, put he cover on, push it all the way down, place on your stove, and wait for the whistle and steam to come out of the spout. The handle does get on so remove with a pot holder or kitchen cloth to pour. A kettle makes superior tea, pour overs, and hot chocolates. I am very happy with this kettle is is the top quality, I can never see a need to replace it if you rake good care of it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not surprising that KitchenAid products are all over my kitchen. I have a KitchenAid mixer, which is my workhorse, KitchenAid pots and pans, and various utensils and other appliances. I love KitchenAid products because they are always smartly designed and last forever. So when it was time for a new teakettle, I found this one from KitchenAid. First, it is a lovely design. It's retro and futuristic. The coolest part is the loud whistle you hear when the water is boiling. It's just like the whistle your coach would use—very loud. The lid is odd though. It isn't intuitive how to close it and open it. I figured it out. You have to firmly push it down on the large stopper button to close it. To open it, you have to grasp it firmly and pull it open. Countering all of that pushing and tugging is the weight of the kettle itself. It is not light. It is very heavy. In fact, it is very surprisingly heavy when filled with water, so it is not for your dainty grandmother. I call it my tea truck, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it might be too heavy for some folks. That's the only reason why I rate this at 4 stars instead of 5 for value. Overall, if you want a very high-quality KitchenAid product, you can't go wrong, and you'll get another amazing KitchenAid item that will be reliable forever and make your kitchen look great too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kettle is amazing!!! You can tell as soon as you take it out of the box that it is good quality. It's heavy!!! I never knew to not use a burner bigger than the kettle until I read the instructions that were included. All in all this is seriously a great kettle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid - 1.9-Qt. Teakettle is a great addition to have to your kitchen needs I loved that the tea kettle was stainless steel so it makes for easy clean up and overall it's a good kettle and easy and quick to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I love making hot tea and hot chocolate often. It's a beautifully made kettle and matches my appliances and kitchen well because it's stainless steel. It is heavy duty and I am in love with it. Great product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well for someone who really does not drink tea I decided to try this tea pot out anyways. I can say that this tea kettle does work very well and the tea actually taste pretty good. I think I will make tea more often. I recommend this product.
