KitchenAid Variable Speed Corded Hand Blender KHBV53 - Ice Blue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this little unit! I really didn't want all the bells and whistles that just take up space and you don't end up using. This is perfect, very strong too, I've used it to blend frozen fruit and even ice to make frappes and smoothies. The guard was actually the reason that I chose this particular model over other brands it's great as it stops it from scratching up my expensive pots. The only thing I don't like it the actual power cord is somehow not flexible and a bit thick so it seems to get in the way a bit. Not a big deal and I am genuinely happy with this unit overall.

There are no fancy buttons or gadgets to it. which is why it works so well. In my opinion it works better than my previous blender. I think it has a lot of power too. I am hoping it will last a very long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether you're trying to blend up your hot soup with the blade protector on your non stick pot or make a protein shake/smoothie - this blender does it all. I used to use a ninja/nutribullet for making my smoothies/shakes however, that would always take a bit more effort and require a lot of cleaning albeit not loads but much more compared to this Kitchenaid hand blender. Now all I do is put my milk, protein powder and ingredients in a cup/shaker and blend away for instant results!! This thing is amazing. It's also super easy/quick to clean making my life easier. When it comes to making sauces, this just takes a few blends and a homemade avocado crema is ready for the Mexican feast - the best thing is, once you're done blending it is super easy to clean with some hot water and a sponge. This has been a lifesaver and relatively well priced too. Extremely powerful little machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been through a few stick blenders in the last few year and finally sprung for the KitchenAid, it's so easy to set up, use and clean, the handle is easy to hold, blends in absolutely no time at all, so much better and easier to use than others I have tried

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little hand blender is amazing! It does soup or dips in under a minute. It gets more use than just about anyting else in my kitchen now. The ONLY issue is the click on blade guard - it's terrible. The only use case for it really though, is if you're using a glass or fragile ceramic container that might be subject to the vibrations and break, so avoid those, and the guard is a non-issue anyway.

My new Kitchenaid Variable Speed Hand Blender is a fantastic replacement and is a quality product which is what I wanted! Hopefully I'll be able to pass mine on 40 years times! I love the colour matches my stand mixer too❣️

Have been using this for a good 6 months and hate it. It's the worst stick blender I've ever used. It doesn't mix or chop anything finely and things ALWAYS get stuck all around the blades. It just randomly stops working. I've used much cheaper brands that work better, don't waste your money.
