KitchenArt Buttermate, Store/Measure/Dispense - White

This is the worst gadget I've ever bought. The sides of the bottom plate pop loose every time you press down. The few slices I managed to cut were completely uneven—paper-thin on top and thick on the bottom. You also have to hold the measuring slide in place the whole time, or the butter just falls straight to the bottom. I threw it away before I even finished one stick of butter.

I love functional kitchen gadgets and this is my new fave! Makes cutting butter patties so much easier and less messy. You just put your whole stick of butter in the opening and when time to use you slide the bar to the width you need and then pull down the little "guillotine" and voila perfectly cut. I love it and so glad they restocked them and that I was able to get one!

this appeared to be a wonderful product. the first time I used it the slicer at the end fell off into my plate. very disappointed with this item. it could be that I just got a bad one, you know mistakes in production happen. the video makes it look awesome. I believe it would have been had it worked.

A great way to store a stick of butter while maintaining a clean area. it easily measures and cuts the perfect slice of butter as needed. I would definitely buy again and even give out as a gift.

Very neat invention. I love being able to slice cold butter for toast. I choose how much per slice.

Useful cutting butter in to correct amounts. Wish butter didn't fall out so easy

absolutely garbage, so hard to figure out. Each time its so confusing. hated it.

if it gets bumped in the fridge it pops open, but I really like the tool.

After getting this, I've realized it was just as easy to cut the butter with a knife and this really didn't make it easier.

This is the coolest little gadget I didn't know I needed! So easy to slice, and measure perfect portions of butter.
