arrived on time but opened. opeded allowed the polish to dry out and crack when shrinking. a bit of water brought it back together and back to life. nothing lost. it works great.

This shoe polish is what I've used for years. Don't understand why I have to order it. And its not in store, why is the Sofsole product in store? Its not a good product at all.

Shines my boots well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both have worn black boots for work for 10 years now, and they always have to be shined, so we appreciate this polish. We apply it once a week with a rag and they stay very shiny and pretty. The only problem I have is the smell is so strong but I'm sure that's the way it has to be. Overall, I'm very happy and thankful for this easier method than I was doing to keep my boots up to par.

Compact but efficient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compact container great for traveling or keeping tucked away in a drawer. Easy to use, easy to follow instructions. Great finish with a great product. Makes a dingy pair of dress shoes really come to life.

Perfectly polished
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1 wedding, 3 moves and 8 years in a closet, when it came time to wear these again they were in need of a major face lift, I wiped them with a microfiber cloth but it was just not enough. So, I dug out the black shoe polish and boy am I glad I did. My husband was able to wear nicely polished to lay his grandmother to rest, the only way she would have it. Such a wonderful product, it did not take much to bring back the life in these shoes. 30 minutes and they looked good as new. Well, aside from the damage from my heels when we married.

Product itself is fine, but the packaging was not satisfactory. The lid was loose and I got polish all over me when I opened the package. Very poor shipping / packaging quality.
